This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the delivery of your orders, including processing times, shipping methods, costs, and international shipping details. We strive to ensure your hair accessories reach you in a timely and secure manner, while keeping you informed every step of the way. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Order processing begins once payment is confirmed and all necessary information is verified. Processing times typically range from 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak seasons, promotional periods, or due to unforeseen circumstances (such as inventory adjustments or logistic delays), processing may take up to 5 business days. We prioritize efficient processing to get your order shipped as quickly as possible, and you will receive a confirmation email once your package has been dispatched, including a tracking number for real-time updates.
We offer a range of shipping methods to suit your needs, with varying delivery times and costs. Standard shipping is available for all domestic orders, with an estimated delivery time of 3 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch. Expedited shipping options are also provided for those requiring faster delivery, with estimated arrival times of 1 to 3 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, even in the case of order cancellations or returns.
International shipping is available to most countries and regions worldwide. International delivery times vary depending on the destination, customs clearance processes, and local postal services, typically ranging from 7 to 21 business days. In some cases, delivery may take longer due to customs delays, which are beyond our control. Customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country of residence. These charges are not included in the order total or shipping costs and must be paid directly to the customs authority or delivery carrier upon receipt of the package.
We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to: customs inspections, natural disasters, weather conditions, carrier strikes, political unrest, or postal service disruptions. If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please use the provided tracking number to monitor its status. If you have not received your package within 30 days of dispatch for domestic orders or 60 days for international orders, please contact us to initiate an investigation.
To ensure successful delivery, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including apartment numbers, building names, and contact details. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an invalid or incomplete address, we will notify you, and you may be required to pay additional shipping costs to resend the package. Unclaimed packages that are returned to us after multiple delivery attempts will be processed as a return, and a refund (excluding shipping costs) will be issued once the package is received and inspected.
For orders containing multiple items, we may ship items separately if they are sourced from different locations or have varying processing times. You will receive a separate dispatch confirmation email for each shipment, including individual tracking numbers. This does not affect your total shipping cost, and you will not be charged additional fees for split shipments.
We take great care in packaging your hair accessories to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Each item is wrapped securely to prevent damage during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please inspect the contents immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing photos of the damaged package and items. We will assess the damage and arrange for a replacement or refund, as appropriate. Please note that we cannot accept claims for damage reported after 48 hours of delivery.
If you need to change or cancel your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to update the address if the order has not yet been dispatched. However, once the order is in transit, we cannot modify the shipping address, and the package will be delivered to the address provided at checkout.
