A “defective item” refers to products with manufacturing flaws, such as loose fastenings, broken clasps, or incorrect sizing that was not specified in the product description. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please inspect it immediately upon delivery and document the issue with clear photos of the item and packaging. This documentation will help expedite the return or exchange process.
To initiate a return or exchange, you must first complete the required steps to notify us of your request. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to package and ship the item back.
